When I realized it would be raining on their Ellijay engagement session day, we disussed canceling it. But this Rainy Ellijay session had me swooning. Therefore, we proceeded with the session, rain or shine. When we arrived it wasn’t raining and I was excited. After the rain started I got more excited because this was such a cute session.
Becca and JP met at school. She is the Preschool Director for a church in Georgia. They are getting married in September and they are the cutest and sweetest couple.
JP makes Becca laugh the sweetest giggles and their love ratiated through the entire session.
Behind the mountains the fog was rolling in and we ended up with some great moody shots with the couple. They ditched the umbrella and said, let’s get wet. It was by far one of the most fun sessions I’ve had in a while. They let me try new things and new poses. I just loved this great experiment experience.
Becca and JP have been a few hours a part for a while. They call it medium distancing. When they are together they seem to be happy.
Between fog, rain and having to jump over a mountain of rocks this was a fun session. Thank you for going on and adventure with me. I want to have another rainy session. They were memorable and so much fun.
I am an engagement and wedding photographer in North Georgia. I love to serve couples on their wedding day. It is fun to start with engagement sessions. These sessions are like getting to know you sessions. Engagement sessions are important. They give the couple peace about already meeting and not feeling like there is a stranger with them all day. We go over posing, talk and really get to know one another. It is such a great time together.
We got these great umbrellas from TJ Maxx but they can also be found on Amazon.
