The Experience

Stacie Hart Photography gives you a different experience than you have ever had.

Once we have our first contact you will receive a Welcome Packet.  This will let you get to know me and me you.  I will completely guide you through the process.  I totally understand that having your pictures made can be stressful, but not this time!

We will talk over what your dream session will be.  We will talk over location, clothing options and where you want to hang or display your images.

A few days before your session I will call and confirm everything with you.

It is best to scheduled your session 3-5 weeks in advance.  Newborns are best scheduled while you are pregnant.  Why? It allows me to check on you and work with you before your session.  I buy a custom prop for each newborn session.  This allows me to customizes your photo-shoot.  Also, I will be checking on you in weeks to come.

Your session will begin with a a fun song and a game to let the little ones get to know me.  You will see that the session is relaxed, pleasant for you and actually FUN!

After the session please allow 10-14 days and we will schedule your in-person viewing.  This is when you will view and order your images.

I never leave you to fend for yourself. I will walk you through your album design or wall decor and help you and go with you step by step.

It is important that you have all decision makers at the viewing appointment.

After your ordering session please allow 2-3 weeks for your order to be processed and we can arrange pick-up, meet or deliver.

You will be supplied with a checklist to help you through the session.
